To give families even more time to play, explore, eat, and enjoy their visit, we’re excited to be trialling a brand-new 3-hour weekday session from 10:45 AM – 1:45 PM. 🥳
When booking online, please make sure you select the correct pass:
⭐ 2-Hour Weekday Pass – for the 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM sessions
⭐ 3-Hour Weekday Pass – for the 10:45 AM – 1:45 PM session
📅 If you made your booking before Monday, 8 June, don't worry — your existing booking will remain unchanged.

To keep Ark Play Café a calm, safe, and enjoyable place for everyone, we kindly ask all families to follow a few simple guidelines:
Stay Close
We’ve designed our space so you can easily see and connect with your child—please supervise little ones at all times.
Play Gently
We encourage calm, thoughtful play so all children can feel safe and comfortable in the space.
Share the Space
Please be mindful of other families, especially younger children, and use play areas as intended.
Food & Drinks
To maintain a safe and consistent experience, we ask that food and drinks be purchased from our café.
If your child has allergies, please let our team know—we’re here to help.
Shoes Off, Socks On
Shoes off in play areas, with socks worn at all times for comfort and hygiene.
Keep It Lovely
A little tidy-up goes a long way—thank you for helping us care for the space.
